Hello! I'm a licensed psychedelic therapist, somatic psychotherapist, certified hypnotherapist, and sex, pleasure and embodiment therapist. I specialize in a transpersonal experiential embodied approach to trauma healing & transformation, attachment repair and inner child healing, self-worth, Archetypal and Shadow work, sexuality challenges, pleasure and embodiment, and nervous system healing and resiliency. I also draw upon over 26 years of professional experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Women’s Holistic Pelvic Care™ therapist, Women’s Integrated Health Practitioner, Certified Professional Coach, Ordained Interfaith Minister, Energy Healer, teacher and mentor, as well as Taoist & Tantric embodiment practices, breathwork, sounding, journaling, Aroma Point Therapy using essential oils, flower essences, EFT Tapping, and numerous other alternative healing modalities.
